Data Retention Period Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry or complete the requested correspondence. After communication is completed, data may be deleted and is not used for other purposes. In compliance with business record-keeping requirements, lead data may be retained in Salesforce for up to 2 years unless the data subject requests deletion.
Data Recipients Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for the following service providers, solely to the extent necessary for the operation of daitova.com and related business processes:

Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Salesforce.com Inc. relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which provide an adequate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR. Data transfers are governed by the respective Data Processing Amendments and applicable standard contractual clauses.

Use of AI Tools In the course of handling inquiries and demo requests, submitted data (such as name, company, and message content) may be processed using AI-assisted tools, specifically Google Gemini, as part of Google Workspace. This processing is used solely to support internal business correspondence and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. Google processes this data as a data processor on behalf of the controller, under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28.
5b. Salesforce Web-to-Lead Processing When you submit a demo request via the Lead Form modal on daitova.com, your data (first name, last name, company, business email, and telephone) is transmitted to Salesforce.com Inc.'s Web-to-Lead service. This data is stored in the Salesforce CRM system operated by the controller. Salesforce processes this data as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring GDPR compliance. You may request deletion of your lead record from Salesforce by contacting the controller via email.
